Double Drive-Thru Program

Our Modular Drive thru Buildings are manufactured in a controlled environment where construction is continuous regardless of weather or time of year. Working with Bear Creek Coffee you can always count on an on time delivery, and an accelerated Grand Opening.

Bear Creek Coffee requires a $28,500 up front investment for our 14 x 8.5 Double Drive thru Building program. Larger or customized buildings or configurations are priced accordingly.

Build Out Program

Bear Creek Coffee's Build Out Program for stand alone or in-line cafe's are all designed to suit. This format allows for creativity and the opportunity to operate in a larger facility with walk-in/sit-down traffic. Licensees have the choice of using our corporate design package and integrating their own ideas. They can also have a caf custom designed to their own specifications.

All Bear Creek Coffee Cafe Build Outs are designed and built to Board of Health and County Codes.

Carts & Kiosks

Bear Creek Coffee Cart Programs require a cash investment starting at $39,500 for a fully equipped, working, code compliant Cart. All carts/kiosks are built to order and offer a variety of options. Carts are built to comply with Local Health and Utility codes. All units are expandable by the addition of support carts and other options.

Carts and Kiosks are customizable and adaptable to a variety of menus.

All Bear Creek Coffee Carts/Kiosks are designed and built to Board of Health and County Codes (NSF 59 compliant). Carts are available for both indoor and outdoor use.
