Financial Information: Total investment (including franchise fee) $150,000-$250,000. This includes EVERYTHING needed to open a Candleman store: "Build-out" of the store including all interior work, fixtures, electrical, POS system, merchandise (inventory), training, store set up by Candleman's staff, grand opening marketing budget, etc; (The number varies based on the size of the store, build out costs, inventory investment, and other elements).
Franchise Fee: $35,000 - Included in the Financial Information listed above. Royalties are 6% of net sales sent in monthly. Minimum cash required: $20,000-$50,000. (Liquid) Minimum net worth: $150,000-$250,000 (Assets minus liabilities).
