Training:

Sociale provides our franchise partners with six days of comprehensive training at our corporate facility in Minneapolis, MN. Training will be both classroom and hands-on with Sociale's culinary, retail, and operational team. Sociale also provides new store development support including:

• Site selection and demographic analysis
• Store design and dcor plans
• Streamlined installation of equipment, fixtures and retail merchandise
• Onsite store opening support
• Ongoing R&D test kitchen with unique and regionally tailored menu
• Creative and effective marketing programs and collateral

Franchise Offering: Single-unit, Multi-unit and Area Development
Franchisee Fees:

• Single/Multiple units: First unit = $30,000, Second unit - $25,000, Third and additional units = $20,000
• Area Development: $10,000 per unit held as a down payment to reserve territory and subtracted from the initial fee when franchise agreement is signed
